Refund and Cancellation Policy

Genowire IT Consulting Pvt Ltd provides software design, development, deployment, optimization, upgrade, deployment and maintenance services. We start the project after we discuss all the costs with our clients and agree on the specified initial payment. In addition, under the legal process you need to hear the refund and understand our work in the process.

At Genowire we offer a Full refund & Partial Refunds, No Refunds under Following Circumstances Following are the plans & Terms we offer for various products and services.

Project Cancellation

Before canceling the service, we recommend that you discuss any confusion and other questions with us. We consider recovery as a last resort in situations where the opportunity for improvement is limited or non-existent. To cancel this service at any stage, you must give Genowire IT Consulting Pvt Ltd a written request. After that, we will review the cancellation and proceed with cancellation according to the policies outlined here. You must have the full refund policy to understand the cancellation limit.

Refund Coverage

Our refund policy covers only services, assets, resources owned by Genowire IT Consulting Pvt. The refund policy does not cover or control resources, licenses, software or any applicable fees paid to third parties. Additionally, our policy does not provide any scope of refunds for external services used through external vendors and websites for the project.

We offer three main refunds, which are initiated based on the discussion and current scenario of the project.

The refund categories include:

Complete Refund

We provide a complete refund if the project is not accepted and started by our team. It is necessary to provide us with a written application to cancel the project before the initiation.

Partial Refund

A partial refund is provided in cases where certain project milestones have been completed. We will deduct the prepayment amount accordingly and if it exceeds that amount, you will be required to pay the remaining amount to Genowire IT Consulting Pvt Ltd. We carefully analyze the project before making a decision, as we do not want our customers and the company to suffer financial losses.

No refunds

If the project is completed or deployed on the servers, we will not offer you a refund. Once the complete request is developed, the refund amount is updated to zero by default.

Refund Eligibility

We handle every project with the utmost professionalism and guarantee the highest quality in every outcome. However, if at any time you are not satisfied, you can contact our business managers and even contact the company directly through the communication channels provided. We will consider the customer’s cancellation and refund requests after the dispute resolution process.

If we do not reach a mutually satisfactory conclusion, we will approve the cancellation and refund according to the policies. Depending on the stage the project is in, the customer will receive a full, partial or no refund.

Refund Processing

Once Genowire IT Consulting Pvt Ltd approves the cancellation, the refund is initiated within 7 business days. The client is notified about this as the process progresses. Additionally, we initiate the refund via the same gateway or payment method as the original payment method. There is no fixed time frame for customers to receive the payment as we provide a period of 90 business days for the amount to be cleared and returned to the customer’s account.

One Time Plan with Partial Payment:

In this plan the customer pays an initial 35% fee of total cost with signing/accepting of a service agreement and the remaining amount will paid immediately after the work is done and approved by client depend on the cost and timeline of the project (i.e. remaining amount will be divided into term payment according to the timeline of project). After that there is no refund/chargeback will be considered.

Monthly Plan:

In this plan customer is paying a onetime charge for a 1 month depending on number of software products / services. Their will a 7 days full refund policy available after which no any refund or chargeback will be considered and 1 month service agreement will be signed/accepted for the same.

Yearly Plans:

In this plan customer will be subscribing for a yearly based plan., There will be 15 days full refunds will be allowed after which only partial refund will be provided and 60% of the total plan costing will be refunded as partial refund. Any refunds / charge backs will not be considered after 30 days and if customer file a charge back services will be terminated and no refunds will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

Genowire IT Consulting Pvt Ltd assumes limited liability only when the project is not completed. In any other case, such as loss due to non-delivery of services or delay in delivery, Genowire is not liable. In addition, the reimbursement is only started if the customer cancels the project for the policy of cancellation and refund.

Genowire does not guarantee against the loss of any file, information, or data. Customer / Subscriber is responsible for backing up and safely storing its data, information, and file after project / service delivery.

In order to get your service to you soon, we process the our team within duration of times. As long as your services has not been processed within duration period 80% work, we can refund your amount in your account after service charge deductions.

Policy Update
